New Patients
We like people to be as informed as they can be when meeting with us. Here is a quick list of what you can expect from your treatments with Brio Integrative Health Centre:
Step 1
Prior to your first visit, please download and complete the intake and consent form. It will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. Please bring with you the completed form and any recent laboratory tests (blood test, x-rays, etc.) you have from your medical doctor.

Please visit the how to find us section and familiarize yourself with our location. Pay particular attention to the animation showing the entrance to the building.
Step 3
Naturopathic Medicine
First Visit (60 minutes) - In the first visit, you will get an opportunity to share your health concerns with one of our physicians. Our goals are to get to know you and to understand your health conditions. An appropriate physical exam may be performed, and we will tell you about our exciting River of Health Program.
Follow up Visit (30 – 60 minutes) - Our follow up visits will ensure that you understand and follow through with your treatment plan. We will guide and coach you along your health journey, and help you move up the River of Health.
Acupuncture Treatment
First Visit (60 minutes) - In the first visit, a thorough intake and treatment will be done. Patients will have the opportunity to explain their health concerns. Following the interview, Dr. Lee will perform any necessary physical exams, explain how acupuncture works, and answer any questions. A customized treatment plan will be put together and a treatment will be given.
Follow up Visits (45 min) - Often a series of acupuncture treatments are necessary to bring about healing. Depending on the severity of the condition, bi-weekly or weekly visits are scheduled. A minimum of 5 acupuncture treatments are recommended. Most patients find acupuncture extremely effective for both injuries and stress related conditions.
Bowen Treatment
First Visit (60 minutes) - In the first visit, a thorough intake and treatment will be done. Patients will have the opportunity to explain there health concerns. Following the interview, Dr. Dhiman will perform the necessary physical exams and answer any questions. A customized treatment plan will be put together and a treatment will be given.
Follow up Visits (60 min) - A series of 3 sequential treatments are necessary to bring about change. Each visit is done 7 days apart.
