About Dr. Jeffrey Lee

Dr. Jeffrey Lee is a board certified and licensed Naturopathic Physician and Registered Acupuncturist. He is the co-founder of Brio Integrative Health Centre Inc. Since his practice began, he has helped many people suffering from chronic illness and pain find relief through safe and effective natural medicine. Dr. Jeff is a native of Richmond BC.  He earned his Naturopathic Medical degree and his Masters in Acupuncture at Bastyr University in Seattle after completing a Science degree at UBC. As a child, Dr. Jeff suffered from digestive and immune related illnesses. He found that western medications, such as antibiotics, only temporarily alleviated his symptoms, and often left him feeling worse shortly after he finished a treatment.

By his university years, Dr.Jeff was 50 pounds overweight because of poor health habits. He was constantly tired and stressed out.  In his search for a solution to his unhealthy situation he turned to Naturopathic and Traditional Chinese medicine, where he discovered a wealth of knowledge that transformed his health. The principles of Naturopathic and Chinese Medicine cured him of his illnesses, helped him lose excess weight , and allowed him to regain his vitality. Sharing these principles with others is now his personal mission.

When he is not serving patients, Dr. Jeff enjoys his two other passions in life: his family and friends, and sports like ice hockey, soccer, tennis, and biking. With his unique training in both Traditional Chinese Medicine and physical medicine, Dr. Jeff has designed a comprehensive injury recovery program for athletes and "weekend warriors." Dr. Jeff’s wife is a counseling therapist who works with children. Like Dr. Jeff, she is committed to helping people achieve a greater sense of well-being. They have two children. Dr. Jeff is also member of a church community. He values the friendships there, as well as the support in integrating spirituality into his daily life.

About Dr. Neetu Dhiman

Dr. Neetu Dhiman is the co-founder of Brio Integrative Health Centre Inc.  She has a non-invasive approach to support the body and provide the tools necessary to peel away layers of disease so the "root" issue can be corrected. As a health coach, Dr. Neetu's primary goal is to facilitate healing on a physical, mental, energetic and spiritual level.

Dr. Neetu completed a Bachelor of Science degree at the University of British Columbia with a major in Nutritional Science; she then spent four years in the Naturopathic Doctor program at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. Dr. Neetu is also a Certified Advanced Bowen Therapist;  Board-Certified in Acupuncture; Board-Certified in Intra-Venous Therapy; and an Advanced Certified Psych-K Practictioner.

Her broad and extensive training allows her to treat patients to prevent symptom patterns, resulting in long term health. Some of the treatment modalities she uses include nutrition, homeopathy, biotherapeutic drainage, gemmotherapy, hydrotherapy, Chinese medicine, and botanical medicine. Customizing a healthy lifestyle plan, by determining how to de-stress the body, in order to allow healing to occur is the cornerstone of her practice. Dr. Neetu welcomes the opportunity to help each patient reach optimal health by working together with him/her as a team.

As a toddler, Dr. Neetu was considered to have had one of the worst cases of asthma/food allergies in BC.  Therefore, she also has a special interest in inflammatory conditions such as: asthma, eczema, food and environmental allergies.  Having to experience such severe health concerns, Dr. Neetu's journey to health involved Naturopathic Medicine to correct each and every symptom and reaching optimal health.  Optimal health to the point where it is: cured aka not in her cellular makeup aka not in her gene expression aka cleared/balanced "miasm" from a homeopathic perspective.  Having this experience, her ceiling of cure and definition of health, is quite different than other practitioners.  The cure for Dr. Neetu came soley by naturopathic means.  Therefore, from personal experience alone, her comprehension and knowlege of the limits of this medicine is far beyond most.

Other areas of health she is interested in include: women’s health, fertility, autoimmune and health conditions that are considered to be “incurable” diseases.  Dr. Neetu sees the body as a whole, therefore, to achieve optimal health she believes we must treat the whole body. She believes that detoxification and disease prevention are common threads with every patient.  Treating the symptoms is often just the tip of the iceburg.  When the symptoms start to reverse/disapear, this is the point in time, which Dr. Neetu refers to as, "when the real healing begins."

In 2005, Dr. Neetu moved her practice from Yaletown to Richmond. She really enjoys the community aspect of Richmond, which is where she grew up. Dr. Neetu is often seen around town doing various seminars speaking on various health topics.  She also writes a monthly article for the Richmond Review appropriately titled “Healthy Habit”.

In 2010, Dr. Neetu Dhiman was honored to be nominated for the prestigious Ethel Tibbits Award in the Business Category, hosted by the Richmond Review.

In her spare time Dr. Neetu enjoys cooking, snowboarding and traveling. Dr. Neetu belongs to the British Columbia Naturopathic Association (BCNA), the College of Naturopathic Physicians of BC (CNPBC), the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND).
